Conference CD-ROMs

NYCD currently works with several leading companies in the Conference industry to create unique and effective content distribution solutions on CD-ROM for up to 200 conferences annually.

Highlighted Features of the Conference CD-ROM Include:

The Sponsors will have a dedicated section that features detailed sponsor information including logo, contact info and website links with adjacently placed PDF ads.

The CD-ROMs will feature an electronic version of the agenda featuring a separate tab for each day of the conference.

The users will be able to view the schedule and title for each session and can also choose to view the details for each session along with the names of the speakers, the organizations to which they belong.

The users will also be able to click on each session to view and download the presentations that are available at press time.

For those presentations not available at press time, there will be a link from within the CD-ROM to a web page in which these presentations can be made available at a later date. This link will be included as part of Post-Event materials that will also feature other conference-related information.

No external applications (such as internet explorer) would be required to access the contents of the CD.

The CD contains a Search function that will allow users to search for specific sessions, presentations or speakers.
